I purchased the guide due to the photo in the ad. I was expecting to get it - celtic knot bracelet. I'm not sure that's what it's called. I did reach out to customer service. Was told it was in the pdf file entitled macrame guide. There are 25 files with no title. I spent an hour going through every single file. To my dismay I could not find it. Customer service did not know the name of the file. I was given a pdf for watercoloring. Although grateful it is not something I will ever do. I found the whole process very misleading. I've read comments stating the same.
It won't let me finish my address. I know it is correct.
Can someone please send it to me?
